At Peonies Boutique, all products are offered with the manufacturer's warranty (please refer to product description page for details).


Refund, Return & Exchange

Peonies Boutique does not accept the purchased products for return (either in-store or online purchase).

Peonies Boutique ensures that all the products are checked carefully before selling. We do not take responsibility for damage due to transit or neglect of customers after purchasing products (for customers who directly buy products at Peonies Boutique’s store).

- To exchange for another item, the returned item must be unwashed, undamaged, and included price-tag and Washing Guide form. Peonies Boutique reserves the right to refuse to exchange if returned item does not comply with all the above conditions.

- All the accessories products such as jewelry, ornaments, bags,… are  not exchangeable.

- All the items which are promotional, or repaired, are not exchangeable.

- You MUST notify us prior to return and the product that you want to exchange. An Return & Refund Form must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise. To request an Return & Refund Form, please contact us at contact@peoniesboutique.com

- We reserve the right to refuse any accessories products that have been previously opened and/or worn.

- Any accessories product returned by the customer that has been previously opened/worn will be documented and returned to the customer at the customer’s own expense.

- For in-store purchased item: The returned item can be exchanged for another item which has the same price or greater within 5 days from the date of purchase.

- For online purchased item:

            + The returned item can be exchanged for another item which has the same price or more expensive within 7 days from the date of delivery (and you must enclose the receipt of shipping company).

            + Customers are responsible on both return shipping fees and shipping fees that are spent when we first ship your order when returning an item.

            + Make sure that returned item is securely packed in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit. Peonies Boutique is not responsible for a damaged item during transit and will not be able to be return and exchange.

- No Gift Code value is applied when the product is returned and exchanged.

- It may take up to 7 days for resolving customers’ requirement for exchanging item.

- At Peonies Boutique, we don't offer Warranty on product which is purchased online via out website www.peoniesboutique.com due to shipping damages including lost, weather's damage etc.

- Defective merchandise will be either repaired or replaced. If an defective merchandise is determined to be damaged due to mal-use, accident, neglect, improper voltage use or wrong washing method, Peonies Boutique will not be responsible for repairing or replacement. For specific guide information, please refer to it’s Product Description Page.

- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to forward a defective merchandise to our facility for warranty repair or replacement.

The EXACT shipping fees will be charged for returning the repaired or replaced merchandise to the customers.
