What does 'Final Sale' mean?

If an item is marked 'Final Sale,' this means that it cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned 'Final Sale' items. And all the product's price is already "sale".

 

Will you be getting "back in stock"?

We're generally able to re-stock. However, sometimes we run out of fabric so the item cannot be re-stocked. When you see an item that you'd like that isn't currently in stock, please contact us at contact@peoniesboutique.com for more info.

 

Where do you find your clothes?

We always try to bring to you the product which is at its best quality with reasonable price. Most of our designs are used imported fabrics and made in Vietnam.

 

Can I get 10% discount of my VIP membership card on Peonies Boutique's website?

No, sorry! We currently don't accept VIP membership card discount on our website.

 

Why don't I get Peonies sms/emails?

We like to keep in touch with our community, so we send our members emails about our promotions, sales, contests, and sales, in addition to other news and important order info. We also take care to respond to every customer email that we receive. So, if you've joined us but aren't receiving these emails, or if you're simply having trouble communicating with us, we're sorry and please drop us an email at contact@peoniesboutique.com!

How do I change my email preferences?

If you've joined Peonies Boutique, you're automatically set to receive emails about our contests, exclusive opportunities, and first-to-know info, as well as other news and important order info. But, you can always opt-out of our newsletter.

 

Do you carry petite, larger, additional, plus, or extended sizes of your clothing?

We know not everyone is built the same, and we do our best to accommodate all body types at Peonies Boutique. Unfortunately, we currently only have 2 size S & M. We hope that we can provide more sizes for everyone in the near future.

 

How do you determine if a dress is long, short, or somewhere in-between?

For every dress we carry, we determine length by providing the exact measurements in each product's description. You can find these length measurements under the 'Details' section of the page of that item. Or visit our Fit & Form section for more info.

 

I've placed an order and how do I know my order is processed or shipped?

We currently have 2 options of payment which are 'Direct Bank Transfer' & 'Visa/Master Card'. And when you place an order on our website with one of those payment method, you will automatically receive our email "Order Confirmation", it means that our system successfully received your order. And when you receive the 'Shipping Status' email, your order is on the way to your front door.

 

Can I order with my personal measurement?

No, sorry! We currently don't receive private tailor-made. We hope that we can make it soon.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! In fact, we only ship internationally via FedEx. Please read our Shipments & Payments page.

 

Where's my return?

Returns are usually processed within about 3-5 business days after we receive your package, and we'll email you as soon as we open it!

 

Can I return or exchange my free gift?

Sorry, but our free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged for other items.
